State of Nevada Designated Operator Program
Inclusions and Costs
What does your Designated Operator program include and how much does it cost?
Initial Site Consultation and Enrollment - $500.00

- Site Survey to assess site specific requirements
- Site Log Book Site Spill Kit (includes: booms, socks, absorbent pads, gloves, and disposal bag)
- Site specific Class C Training instruction (does not include online certification fees).
- Web Portal account creation
- Schedule first full inspection
Monthly Inspection Tasks - $50.00 flat rate (Per Month, 10 Months per year)
- Recordkeeping Inspection and verification that all required designated operator logs are up to date.
- Pull all required reports from tank monitoring system and file in UST compliance binder.
- Tank monitor operational test, investigate any alarms present (additional charge for labor to verify alarms)
- Inspect dispenser sumps for any visible leaks Inspect and clean all spill buckets (additional charge for labor and waste containers as needed)
- Inspect and re-stock spill kit (additional charge, per item needed, see below)
- A report of your inspection will be sent to your authorized contact via email and will be available on our web portal for anytime access.
Semi-Annual Full Inspection Tasks - $100.00 per tank, $10.00 per dispenser (Every Six Months)
- All Monthly inspection tasks plus the following:
- Full site inspection of all UST related components (STP Sumps, Dispenser Pans and Spill Buckets) including digital photos of all components.
- Complete hanging hardware inspection
- Complete fire extinguisher verification
- A report of your inspection will be sent to your authorized contact via email and will be available on our web portal for anytime access.
A labor rate discount of $5.00/hour will be deducted for all labor performed during any inspection.

This program is only for inspecting the compliance of a UST system in the State of Nevada. Any and all annual compliance testing and/or repair costs are not included or covered with this program. All noncompliance issues brought forth due to our inspections are the responsibility of the site owner for scheduling and repairing.

All waste containers will be left on site in a designated area. It is the responsibility of the site to arrange waste removal. A $2.00 consumables fee will apply to all inspections with additional work being performed.
